Legal Framework for the Exercise and Consulting and Project Activity

Given the importance that legislation has for the activity of Consulting and Design companies, APPC considered that it would be very useful to prepare a document that would compile the most relevant legal diplomas for the Sector. The document is entitled “Legal Framework for the Exercise and Activity of Consulting and Project” and has two aspects:

• Environment, Architecture and Engineering, aimed at companies operating in these 3 areas.
• Economics, Business Management and Related Areas, aimed at all associated companies.

The legal framework for the activity is constantly changing and therefore these documents are reviewed and updated annually (at the beginning of each year). The version available here is the 2020 version, which incorporates the legislation published until December 31, 2020.
